Volunteer Photographer Needed Urgently

We are looking for a photographer to take pictures of the Weydon Summer Ball - a high class funding event at a local Farnham secondary school on Saturday 28th June.

We are asking for someone to take an hour or so's worth of still images between 7-8pm as guests are arriving and of the marquee all set up, to be delivered on a drive into the school for editing and loading into a newsletter and/or on the school's website.

The photographer will be credited with perhaps a link to their website, if they have one.

We don't want it to to be too formal, but we do feel the occasion should be recorded for posterity.
The school is happy to take more guidance from anyone who volunteers on what they can do. I'm afraid it wont be particularly rock 'n' roll but we can make it fun...!
