Jaime Boxall has created an interactive online music video for the band Breakfast Monkey as part of his 'Fields and Frames' 2nd Yr module - a real technical and logistical challenge, combining the use of crew to capture live-performance on location with new and relevant techniques in post-production and distribution. Watch and interact with the video HERE.
Cymatics is another outcome from the same Yr 2 module, this time by Tom Painter, Jonathan Williams and Lawrence Collet, and displays the diversity of subject and approach on the course, with an equally well-realised experimental film that examines sound, video and materiality.
And finally we have Lost and Found, a 1st Yr film by Natalie Hodgins, Preston Hartley, Arthurs Reinholds and Tarald Tvedt. Students were expected to research and create an experimental film as part of a group - not an easy task - and the sensitivity, humour and realisation of the work produced demonstrates significant potential.
